Collective Skin Care needed to increase salon bookings to fill the calendars of their new staff and grow the business. They needed to compete with bigger franchised salons in the area who had larger budgets and social media followings, while also communicating how they differed in the advanced & custom skin treatment plans that they offer their clients.
THE SOLUTION
We created a multi-channel marketing strategy that included a SEO, web optimization, digital advertising, and marketing analytics and reporting.

We created a SEO-focused blogging editorial calendar using a competitive keyword gap analysis to prioritize blog themes. We built a local SEO and paid ad campaign that targets potentials customers within the radius of the salon looking to book facials in Vancouver using conversion bidding strategies and a tight focus on keywords that center user intent. We've added the addition of adding a new commercially well-known skincare product line to the website content to take advantage of the brand's awareness, combined with an affiliate link strategy to increase sales. Lastly, each service line has undergone its own keyword research to restructure the web pages to align with each main keyword group that CSC needs to rank for.

In the last year their monthly organic website traffic has steadily grown 50-70% month over month.
